프로젝트의 자금 운용, 거래 전략 및 위험 관리는 「금융투자업 및 자본시장법」 등 국내 금융 관련 법규에 따른 적법성 심사를 완료하였으며, 관련 규정의 요건을 모두 충족하였습니다.

자금 안전성 및 제3자 수탁 구조

모든 투자금은 클리어레이크 캐피탈 그룹 명의로 개설된 외국인 전용 중개 계좌를 통해 국내 자본시장으로 투입되며, 카카오증권이 계좌 관리 및 거래 실행을 지원합니다. 이 자금은 카카오뱅크를 통해 엄격하게 분리된 제3자 수탁 계좌에 예치되며, 클리어레이크 캐피탈 그룹의 자체 자산과 완전히 분리되어 관리됩니다.
이 구조는 금융감독원의 감독 기준에 부합하며, 운용상 위험이나 불가항력적인 상황이 발생하더라도 투자자의 자금은 카카오뱅크가 관리하는 독립 계좌를 통해 안전하게 보호됩니다.

수익 배분 구조

본 프로젝트는 별도의 가입비나 선입금이 필요하지 않습니다. 투자금은 투자자 개인 명의의 증권계좌에 직접 입금되어 운용되며, 수익이 발생할 경우 시장 관행에 따라 성과 수익의 15%를 성과 보수로 정합니다. 수익 배분 내역은 다음과 같습니다.
